What payment methods do we accept?

For now we only accept Paypal,  within the Netherlands it is also possible to pay with iDeal. We are always working on solutions to improve our webshop.

When will I receive my order?

Purchases made at the Xpression webshop will be shipped within’ 3 days after receiving the payment. If the payment of the order is not received within’ 5 workdays after attempted order, the order will be canceled. Delivery of the purchased item may vary in case of orders made during weekends or holidays. Untitled is not responsible for any form of delay made by the carrier or orders made during weekends and holidays.

I never received my order, what should I do?

In some cases packages can get lost in the mail. No panic, if your package is really lost we will replace it for you at no charge.
However if the tracking number indicates that the package is delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received.

How long will it take for my package arrive?

This depends on your location, we always try to get you your package as soon as possible.

Do you accept international orders?

Yess, however some countries are still too expensive to ship the goods in a safe way.
Please remember that international orders are sometimes subject to being charged customs fees by the destination country’s government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges to the destination country imposes on you. Within Europe you won’t find this problem.
